Churros Republic Shipping Policy

At Churros Republic, we take pride in delivering our freshly made churros and merchandise safely and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Local Delivery (Singapore)

We currently offer local delivery within Singapore for selected products.

  • Delivery Schedule: Daily from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including major public holidays.

  • Delivery Fee: Calculated at checkout based on distance and order type.

  • Delivery Area: Island-wide, excluding restricted zones such as army camps and airports.

We strive to ensure your churros arrive warm and fresh. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or failed contact attempt, re-delivery fees may apply.

2. Self Pick-Up

You may also choose to self-collect your order from our outlet:

Churros Republic
- Our Tampines Hub
- Funan Mall 
- Singapore Mandai Zoo

Pick-up times will be confirmed upon order. Please bring your order confirmation from your Whatsapp text message 

3. Event & Catering Orders

For corporate events, parties, or catering services, delivery and setup will be arranged according to the event time and location.
Event logistics (including delivery charges, setup, and manpower) will be stated in your quotation or invoice.
Please ensure access to the venue at least 60 minutes before service time.

 

4. Delivery Delays

We do our best to meet all estimated delivery timelines. However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • High demand periods

  • Courier or logistical issues

We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Churros Republic will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
